Step-by-step import guide
Crypto.com has two separate products: the retail App (export CSV) and the Crypto.com Exchange (API or CSV). Import each separately if you use both.
Use the Crypto.com Exchange
API access is available on the Crypto.com Exchange (crypto.com/exchange), not the retail App. Log in there.
Open API Keys
Go to Settings → API Keys → Create a new key.
Set read-only permission
Enable read/query access only. Do NOT enable trading or withdrawals.
Copy key and secret
Copy both immediately and paste them into Taxxy's Crypto.com Exchange connection form.

The Crypto.com App (retail) and the Crypto.com Exchange are different platforms with separate balances and separate exports. If you use both, import both — Taxxy consolidates them into one portfolio.
Card cashback and Earn rewards
Crypto.com Visa card cashback and Crypto Earn/Supercharger rewards are income at their fair market value when received. Taxxy imports and classifies these so they are not mistaken for trades.

How do I export from the Crypto.com App?
In the app, open Accounts → Transaction History (or Settings) and request a CSV export for your date range. Crypto.com generates the file and provides a download link.
Is Crypto.com card cashback taxable?
In most jurisdictions, crypto cashback rewards are income at their value when received, and later disposal is a separate capital-gains event. Taxxy imports cashback as income automatically.
Do I need to import both the App and the Exchange?
Only if you use both. They are separate products with separate histories. Taxxy merges them into a single portfolio when you import each.
